Un transistor Darlington de puissance complémentaire dans un boîtier traversant TO-220. Étant un transistor Darlington, il présente un gain en courant très élevé de 1000, mais peut également être utilisé comme transistor de commutation pour contrôler l'alimentation d'appareils depuis un microcontrôleur avec une tension collecteur-émetteur allant jusqu'à 100V et un courant de 5A (8A en pointe).
