3mm Diffused LED (White)

The frosted diffuser spreads the light so evenly that it works great as a subtle backlight behind a translucent panel. I bought a handful for status indicators on a small project, and they're bright enough without being harsh.

These little 3mm LEDs are perfect for my 3D cube project—the frosted package gives off such a smooth, even glow without any harsh hot spots. I ordered a handful for status indicators too, and they're bright enough to see clearly in daylight.
