I mounted it on my robot's bumper in about five minutes thanks to the panel-friendly design, and the adjustable detection distance let me fine-tune it perfectly for my hallway. The visible light interference hasn't been an issue indoors, so it's working flawlessly for my obstacle avoidance project.

I was worried the adjustable range would be finicky, but the tiny potentiometer on the back let me dial in exactly 15cm for my drawer alarm in under a minute. Mounted it through the panel hole and the nut held it tight. Works flawlessly every time the cat gets too close.

This little sensor picked up a book I held 15 cm away without any fuss. The adjustable detection range was easy to set with the tiny screwdriver, and the panel mounting was straightforward.
