The stainless steel casing feels solid and the probe is perfectly sized for tight spots. I've checked it against my multimeter's reading and the 10K resistance at room temperature is spot on.

The stainless steel probe feels properly sealed and solid when I tap it against the bench, and the 2-meter cable gives me plenty of slack to route it through my setup. Reading the thermistor at 25°C, my multimeter shows 10.1K, so the 1% tolerance is definitely holding up.

Finally got around to testing this in my sous vide setup and the 2 meter cable is perfect for reaching from the lid to the controller. The stainless steel tip responded quickly to temp changes and the readings matched my reference thermometer within a tenth of a degree.
