Picked up a pack of these for a switching project and they work exactly as expected. The low on-state resistance made a noticeable difference in circuit efficiency. Solid, fast little transistors for the price.

Used them for a simple switching circuit and the low on-state resistance really showed—voltage drop was barely noticeable. Fast switching too, no hiccups at higher frequencies. Pack of these will last me a while.

Finally got a chance to test these in a small switching circuit, and the on-state resistance is impressively low for such a tiny package. They switch cleanly and fast without any hiccups, exactly what I needed for a basic logic-level load.
