Fairchild MM74HC86 四組 2 輸入 XOR 閘

Just used these in a prototype logic board and the 14-pin SOIC format made routing the four XOR gates incredibly clean. Propagation delay is exactly what I needed for my timing circuit.

Switching from a 74HC00 to these XORs was straightforward, and the quad-gate layout on the 14-pin SOIC saved me board space on a tiny SMD project. The silicon-gate CMOS tech handles the fast logic transitions exactly like the datasheet promised.

Picked up one of these for a project and really appreciate the 14-pin SOIC layout, it made routing the connections cleaner than I expected. The speed on these CMOS chips is solid, no noticeable lag in my logic circuits.
