The included 74HC595 shift registers and resistors made wiring straightforward, and the green LEDs are bright enough to see patterns clearly even in a well-lit room. The kit’s pre-cut legs and clear instructions made soldering all 64 LEDs feel way less intimidating than I expected. Plugged it in after an evening of building and the green glow patterns are mesmerizing.

Really well laid-out kit that made assembly straightforward even for a first-time LED cube builder. I just wish the included instructions had a few more diagrams for the tricky layers.
