TM1638 7 Segment Display & Keypad

Finally got this running with an Arduino library and the 8 digits let me display sensor readings and a small clock simultaneously. The three-wire SPI-like interface kept my wiring neat even on a breadboard.

The three-pin interface is the whole reason I picked this up, and it makes wiring an absolute breeze—no more sacrificing a pile of GPIO pins just to show some numbers. The eight digits are bright and clear, and I had a counter running on my breadboard within an hour of it arriving.

Finally got this wired up to an Arduino and it only uses three pins, which left plenty of room for other sensors. The 8-digit display is bright enough to read across the room even with the keypad attached.
