1N4148 High-Speed Diodes

The DO-35 glass package on these diodes feels robust, and they switch cleanly in my 5V circuit without any delay. Exactly what I needed for prototyping.

I needed a batch for a small logic project, and these switch cleanly with no noticeable delay even at higher frequencies. The tape packaging kept them organized and easy to handle during assembly.

The glass SOD27 package feels properly sealed, and the tape of 50 makes it easy to grab just one without spilling the rest. Swapped these into a logic circuit and the switching speed was noticeably snappy compared to my old stash.
