5mm Yellow LEDs

Replaced the ancient red ones in my amp's power indicator and the yellow is way easier to see from across the room, even in daylight. The 5mm package dropped right into the existing holes without any fuss, and they've been glowing steady for a couple of weeks now.

Packed up a small status panel with these and the 5mm size fits standard holes perfectly, the coloured casing gives a clean even glow. They’ve handled a few hours of continuous use without a flicker. Solid little LEDs for the price.

Bright enough to see clearly through a translucent enclosure, and the colored lens gives a nice even glow instead of a harsh pinpoint. I've used them for both a power indicator and a small backlight project, and they've held up perfectly so far.
