For the price, this board makes it super easy to get started with CPLD projects — the JTAG header is clearly labeled and works perfectly with the USB-Blaster. I had a simple state machine running in about an hour.

I was a bit nervous about soldering the 100-pin TQFP package, but this board takes all the pain out of it. The JTAG header is clearly labeled and the free Quartus software picked it up instantly on the first try. For the price, it's a solid way to learn CPLD design with schematic or HDL.
