54mm Shrouded Crocodile Clip (Black)

The PVC insulation feels tough and well-fitted, so I don’t worry about accidental shorts when I’m hooking them up to test leads. Grabbed a handful and the 54mm grip holds solid on thicker wires, just as promised.

The 54mm jaw size is perfect for grabbing automotive battery terminals without slipping, and the insulating PVC cover gives me peace of mind when working near the chassis. I bought two and they clamp down with a satisfyingly firm grip.

The PVC sleeves are snug enough that they don't slide off when I'm probing tight spots, which was my main worry. Grabbed a handful for a bench harness I'm building, and they bite through stranded wire every time.
